Print-shop turned osteria in Brera. The menus are still set in Bodoni on the original press.

The menu is short because the kitchen is honest about what it does well.

Cooking is direct: fire, salt, acid, and restraint. Portions assume you will order more than one thing, and the staff will tell you when you have ordered enough.

Come on a weekday if you can, because the room is the same and the pace is better.
